Do I have to replace everything in my bathroom?

Often there are items that are still in excellent service. We have resurfaced cast iron bath tubs and ceramic tile. Many 30-40 year old mud set tile floors are in good shape. Toilets less than 15 years old are often still very serviceable. We have refinished cabinetry. We will be honest with you on what is and isn’t reusable.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

Our general warranty is for one year after completion of the project. However, we expect to recommend and install materials that will last for a very long time. We have and will extend our warranty based upon common sense and in the best interest of the customer.

Are you insured?

Yes. Our insurer is General Casualty Insurance located in Sun Prairie. We provide a certificate of our insurance with every project.

Are applicable permits paid by you?

Yes.
